JJ's Flooring has sold over 4.5 million m² of floor covering to date. It stocks over 6000m² of vinyl flooring and over 5000m² of laminate flooring for collection or rapid fitting. The firm serves both public and trade customers. Its services include carpets, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, and vinyl flooring.

Whole-house projects and single-room jobs such as lounges, bathrooms, kitchens and stairways are the work that J J's Flooring Services in Birmingham carries out, with carpets, vinyl and laminate among the materials fitted. Reviews time and again mention how quickly installations are completed, some within a few hours, and punctual arrival comes up often, including on days when the fitters were handling more than one property. The team is described as friendly, polite and courteous, and one customer recalls help moving furniture while living alone.

Tidiness is another common thread, with offcuts and packaging cleared away and no rubbish left behind. Results are called beautiful and precisely fitted, whether stair and landing carpets or bathroom flooring. Fair pricing is noted alongside the standard of work, and the range available in the shop is appreciated. The care taken to protect rooms that had just been decorated also features in feedback. Customers say they intend to return for future projects, and the quality of the product itself draws praise.
