We were super impressed with the service we received from Alex at Mazon Flooring. We were looking for a unique kind of engineered oak flooring and there were only a few retailers who supplied it. Alex quickly responded to my initial enquiry and was flexible in arranging an appointment. He assisted us in narrowing down our choice and provided a selection of samples for us to take home to help us to make our final decision. Alex was very communicative and arranged for the flooring to be delivered at our convenience. The flooring was very competitively priced too. We are absolutely thrilled with the flooring itself. It is exactly what we wanted. First rate service from start to finish.

We previously posted a review reflecting the fabulous results of our wooden floor after Mazon Flooring worked their magic. This is now a follow on review as we requested that the Mazon team take away a table of immense sentimental value established over 30 years to rejuvenate it with a sanding and a varnish. It’s not standard work for Mazon but if you don’t ask you don’t get. The table has now been returned and the results are amazing. We don’t recall it ever looking as good as it does now. The cost for the table was also a surprise as it is clear that it’s not all about the money. The Mazon team clearly have a real passion for their trade and respect for the wood that they work with. We now know what kind of wood this is which we didn’t before. You can see that significant time has been taken to produce the results that they have managed to achieve. Fantastic Service from Mazon Flooring! We recently had our stairs, landing, and two bedrooms carpeted by Mazon Flooring, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Chris did a fantastic job with the installation, and a huge thank you to Alex for organising everything so smoothly. What really stood out was their honesty and expertise. We initially considered getting the ground floor done as well, and Alex came out to assess it. Instead of just going ahead to secure more business, he gave us valuable insight, explaining that it wouldn’t be possible without removing all the tiles. His advice helped us make a much better-informed decision, and we really appreciated the transparency. Home flooded, lost all ground floor. Mazon team; laminate wood floor through all rooms on ground floor, fully fitted custom kitchen, and did a side job of completely refurbishing upstairs bathroom. Brilliant work, made a tired 1930's house look like it was built last week. Cannot praise them enough 10/10

We had our invictus vinyl floor fitted in our kitchen by Mazon flooring. From start to finish they were very professional and the quality of work is at a high standard.
