LRS Commercial Flooring

Installation and delivery experiences at this Birmingham flooring fitter divide sharply between praise for the finished work and serious concerns about conduct. Positive accounts describe an efficient, friendly service, with fitters who are respectful and considerate on site, one customer noting that a garden was left untouched. The same reviewers mention a good standard of completed flooring and a welcoming manner throughout the job.

Other feedback takes a different view, citing poor quality and a poor attitude, with one account describing driving that was aggressive and dangerous and stating that it was escalated to the authorities. That reviewer adds that the workmanship fell short and that they would not recommend the company. A point that comes up often across the accounts is the importance of both the final result and the behaviour of those carrying it out, with the two themes set against each other. The reviews focus on installation standards and the manner of the fitters during the work.
