Just a short note to say how pleased my wife and I were with our recent dealings with HS Wood Flooring. We wanted to replace our carpeted ground floor with wood flooring. Tim, Danny and the team did a fantastic job on a 50sqm herringbone floor installation. They arrived promptly every morning, worked solidly, tidied up at close of play and completed the job in three days as estimated. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We instructed HS Wood flooring to install wooden floors in our front and rear reception rooms leading to the step down into our kitchen diner. The work completed by HS Wood Flooring’s team was of an exceptionally high standard throughout. The quality of the finish and attention to detail were excellent, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. In addition to the workmanship itself, both installers were professional, considerate, and reliable during the project. Communication was consistently good — they kept us informed regarding arrival times, progress of the work, including updates relating to the delivery and fitting of the final nosing detail for the step down to the kitchen, which was greatly appreciated. The job was successfully completed on time and the site was managed well throughout. We're very pleased with our new herringbone floor. Zee did an excellent job, very meticulous and thorough. HS is lucky to have him. Particularly satisfying was that he did not get rid of the skirting board. Others who looked at the work said it would have to be cut away. And credit to Danny for being proactive, following up the initial contact, and coming round with a big sample. All at a reasonable price.

Amazing customer service, from quote to delivery clear, fast communication. Danny's expertise and advice has made this stressfull situation a delightful experience. We had two large deep dark stains on a solid wood floor and now it looks perfect again. I love the colour and very happy with the lacquer finish as well. HS Wood flooring are experts in getting the best out of your floor and very fair pricing. Very clean job and no damage to skirting. I highly recommend them.
