It serves both private and business clients. The company offers a 2-year guarantee on timber floor installations covering materials and labour. It holds a £5M insurance policy. The company is a Junckers contractor. It uses dust-free sanding technology.

The company's office staff have undergone trade certifications and extensive in-house training. Its fitters have years of experience. The company provides services across London and the UK. Its service area includes Central London, North London, Northwest London, West London, Southwest, Southeast, East London and other cities and around London. It lays, supplies and finishes parquet, engineered, solid, laminate and LVT in planks, herringbone and chevron designs.

Wood Floor Fitters draws consistent praise for the standard of its finished flooring, with several customers describing engineered oak, herringbone parquet and laminate installations as expertly carried out. A detail many reviews return to is the tidiness of the fitters and their close attention to detail, leaving rooms clean and the flooring neatly finished. Several accounts note the helpfulness of the team, singling out Martin for his knowledge when advising on the right type and style of floor for a property, and Yurik for thorough work on a laminate installation.

Communication is another recurring theme, from an initial site viewing that identified all issues at once through to flexible rearranging of installation dates when other building work overran. Customers also value the reasonable, transparent pricing and the practical way problems are handled, including sending an engineer to replace a damaged plank after a move. The work is described as efficient, with jobs sometimes completed ahead of schedule. In London, the company supplies and fits wood, parquet and laminate floors and also offers sanding and refinishing.
