He helped us with every decision with zero pressure, even through our many visits back to the shop as my husband and I are particular. He went above and beyond by bringing large VPL boards to our home so we could match them to our kitchen — incredibly helpful. The fitters were on time, professional, and very considerate while we worked from home. Stewart also arranged a joiner to sort our plinths and doors after the new carpets were fitted, which made everything seamless. What really set Stewart apart was his patience and care. We were getting the whole downstairs, stairs, offices, and bedrooms done, and he made sure everything blended perfectly. He kept us updated each day and delivered exactly what he promised. The quality of the carpets and VPL flooring is outstanding. The carpets feel luxurious underfoot and instantly lifted every room, and the VPL flooring has a beautiful, clean shine that looks premium without being overly glossy, unlike some flooring places, it looked plastic. This flooring is elegant and classic. The finish is flawless, the colour match is perfect, and the whole house now looks modern, warm, and properly put together. Highly recommended — when we finish the rest of the house, we won’t be going anywhere else.
100% Recommend , in store helped us pick correct flooring for bed room and new carpet for stairs , the boys came 3 days early to fit due to a cancellation they were great good lads cleaned up after themselves even fixed a wee problem I had at the bottom of stairs due to a water leak no bother to them ,Bobby carpet fitter came on the Monday fitted hall carpet done fantastic job ,wife loves walking on it ,would not hesitate in going back to these guys 5 star service and all top guys ,thanks
Great service from start to finish and all staff really helpful and friendly. Martin did a stellar job fitting it and worked tirelessly to do so in the 3 days planned to carry out the work. Very reasonable price and good quality product.
Home Trends Scotland were exceptional from the first appointment to the flooring being completed. The advice we received from the outset was genuine, knowledgeable and never pushy, Stewart took the time to really understand the space, the look we were going for, and helped us land on the perfect LVT within budget. The installation itself was carried out with real care and precision. The herringbone pattern across the open-plan living areas is flawless. Every transition, edge and tricky detail was handled with the same level of attention. The team takes genuine pride in their craft. What set Home Trends apart wasn’t just the quality of the work - it was the people. Love love love my hall carpet👌 Happened upon this shop when I was passing through town and decided to stop as I was looking for this particular carpet. Gary and Stuart (and Johnny the fitter...Bobby) excellent guys. Measured and fitted within 10 days. So pleased, and so much cheaper than local. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys🤩
