Absolutely delighted with our new flooring! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The team were friendly & professional, and Sandra was incredibly knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect flooring for our home. 2nd time I have used McDonald Flooring to install Amtico Form. As before job was done professionally. Fitters turned up as planned and job was completed as expected. Very happy with the job and would have no problem in recommending MacDonald flooring. As It happened I had my first job done through a recommendation given to me by another satisfied client.
Can't recommend highly enough! Fantastic service from start to finish. All the team were really professional & helpful; from Tommy who came out to measure, Sandra in the shop to Cory the floor fitter. Quick lead time for fitting and was significantly cheaper than competitor's quotes for exactly the same product. We are delighted with our floors which were fitted with care & attention.
We have just had flooring fitted from McDonald Flooring. First class service. The girls in the showroom were excellent. They talked us through the differing types of flooring and we decided on Amtico. They gave us some samples of colours to take home of the flooring and stripping which was a great help. Tommy the owner visited us to discuss what we decided on having fitted and to take the measurements. Tommy was very professional and very friendly and helped us in our decision. We received our quote the next day and we were very happy with the price. We booked our slot for fitting and paid our deposit. Three fitters arrived to fit the flooring to the 4 rooms which was completed within 3 days. They were great at their jobs, friendly and their attention to detail was second to none. The flooring has completely changed the look of our house and we are delighted. We can’t highly recommend them enough. Outstanding work. Thank you!!
Brilliant service from day1 fantastic selection of all types of flooring. Estimate received day after home visit. deposit paid Day of fitting agreed. the two lads who did the fitting great workers arrived 8:45 work completed 3:45 ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH RESULT!!!
I would highly recommend McDonald Flooring. The staff were fantastic. Sandra communicated with me throughout the whole process while we were waiting for our keys to our new home, she pre-arrranged all my floors being measured prior to me getting into the house which made the arrangements of fitting stress free and allowed the fitting to be carried out straight away. The amazing fitters worked so hard all weekend to get our flooring done to the highest standard! Thanks again Nadia
