Graham and George were great from start to finish at arranging everything exactly as required. The fitter Gordon and his team were great and could not be more helpful. I could not recommend this company enough!

We recently had a stair, hall and bedroom carpet fitted by Carpet Studio and I can't recommend them enough. George, based in the shop, is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional, not to mention, patient! The fitters, Bob and Jamie, who removed our old carpet and fitted the new one were delightful and did a great job. All and all, good old fashioned customer service and a lovely experience.

Excellent company to deal with. Good to be dealing with individuals who know their products inside out. I have driven past this company many times, so when it was time to renew my hallway and stair carpet I decided to walk into their south side showroom. A vast range of products for flooring. The range and quality of carpets are excellent. George in the showroom had excellent knowledge in his products and assisted in my decision for my Ulster carpet. Davy came out the following day to measure up and discussed the lay out of the carpet. The order was placed nothing was a hassle. I was contacted a few weeks after placing the order with a fitting date. There was no months of waiting to source products and arrange fitters. The fitters were amazing, they turned up on time and were neat and tidy . They did an amazing job in the fitting of the carpet and even cleared up after the carpet was laid. They fitted an Ulster loop carpet. Excellent quality and I love it. The underlay is good quality too and I can feel the difference on the stairs . All in all an excellent experience from start to finish. Nothing is a problem with this company . They offer a Rolls Royce service from sales to fitting. Well done Carpet Studio you know how to offer a customer an excellent service.

Just had three bedrooms fitted by Carpet Studio and can’t praise them enough. From first contact with George and David through to fitting with Robert and Jamie the whole process was extremely smooth and efficient and the end result is excellent.No hesitation in recommending this company.

Passed by this shop for years and when looking for a new hall carpet and did a google search I was reminded it was there. George was very helpful when we visited and allowed us to take a number of samples home, we then ordered, paid our deposit and the carpet was fitted yesterday. Fitters were excellent, you would only know they’d been here due to the new carpet, excellently fitted and no mess. Read all the reviews in advance and happy to add my praise for the all round service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The fitters, Bob and Jamie, were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure the jobs were carried out to a high standard.
