Great choice of flooring, I personally chose a beautiful carpet, it was delivered on time!, despite been on a bank holiday, which was crucial as I was expecting the delivery of a new bed on the next day. Excellent craftsmanship. I am very pleased indeed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Glendale Carpets. An appointment was arranged, but no one showed up and, incredibly, there wasn’t even the courtesy of a phone call to explain or apologise. Following this, I made several attempts to get in touch, but my calls were not returned and my queries were completely ignored. The lack of basic customer service and communication is unacceptable and very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. It’s simply not worth rewarding this level of poor service with your business.

Terrible service, Lino had marks on it when it was installed (mid/end October well in time for this to be done before Christmas). They offered to come and replace but still haven't heard anything and it's been eight weeks. Shocking service after multiple phone calls from us and not one from them.

Great selection of stock, incredibly helpful staff plus fast delivery and excellent fitting service. Thanks especially to David and Jim. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend them enough!! They are so helpful, great price, great work, great carpets! The fitter Paul was a total gentleman and did fantastic work! Joe came and planed our doors was just as wonderful! We will be getting more from this company and looking forward to it!

Just had bedroom, hall stairs and landing carpet supplied and fitted by Glendale. Job is fantastic as was the service from David and other staff we dealt with. Had called with a few other Carpet agents before hand and service was non existant. Will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend Glendale, makes a difference dealing with a family run business.

Brilliant service, I booked the carpet fitting and it was done 2 days later. Got the old one ripped up, took away, new carpet is excellent quality and the carpet fitter did my built in wardrobes as well and put down the silver grips. I am so pleased, would recommend these guys without hesitation !!
