Connor and John were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile from start to finish. From talking through options, specialist advice on fitting, and organising last minute changes. They were always smiling and ready to help. I'd happily return and recommend to others.
Incredibly POOR SERVICE from recommended installer by WOODFLOOR WAREHOUSE who made a mess of the job and WOODFLOOR WAREHOUSE DIDNT WANT TO KNOW. They washed their hands if it. BAD JOB. I now find that Woodfloor Warehouse has responded to my dissatisfied service by referring to my possessions as clutter.Shame on Woodfloor Warehouse. Instead of backing up excuses given they should have been insisting on their joiner doing a good job. I have been given 6 different excuses why the fitter wasn't able to do a good job including the walls weren't straight, the floor wasn't level, the property was old(which it isn't), the wood was stored upright, the wood was warped and now we are onto clutter as a reason. I do have photos of the rooms on the day that the work was carried out and there was nothing in the 2 bedrooms apart from 1 bed and those 2 rooms are some of the fitters worst work. Woodfloor Warehouse has seen these photos but has defended his work with these excuses. Suggests I only had skirting done. Crazy since I bought all the wooden floor from these guys and they supplied the workman to put them down. Come on except responsibility and that the workman that you recommended was well below a basic standard.
Just terrible, staff member had a bullying threatening aggressive attitude he was a asked simple question when would you be getting new boxes in of the wood we liked. He say never...but if you order 66 boxes we will get them in...if not your not getting any...nasty argumentative man when i say do you talk to all your customers like this...he came from behind his desk and kept walking towards us.i told him to stop and he kept walking towards us in a bullying threatening matter..he only stopped when i pulled my phone out....my advice stay well clear of this shop...he should never be allowed near any of the public.. he's dangerous
Friendly & helpful staff. Great range of wooden floors displayed in store. Excellent value for money. Trevor assisted us throughout the selection process & provided a keenly priced quotation for all our bedrooms. Highly recommended.
I had the best service Iv been shopping around for floors for a while couldn’t make up my mind until I found this store . The sales man was amazing he made me feel as if I was his only customer, nothing was too much trouble what a really lovely man John is ..il be recommending this service to my friends & family …
The 2 guys were very helpful and gave us good advice. Right through to the delivery guy, who was was also excellent and friendly. The wood flooring was great quality. All in all 5/5
