I am soooo happy with my flooring!! Had carpet on the stairs landing and all bedrooms, LVT downstairs and then realised when we were there they also did artificial grass so purchased that as well. They explained the fitters are Sub contracted and not employed by them but they can book us in with fitters we decided to go ahead and the fitting team were nothing but amazing. Nothing was too much and the end result was stunning. The staff in the shop were so helpful. You can tell it’s a family run business as it’s not a salesy feel when you go on there and talk to them. My friend is going to be in soon thank you for all your help

Amazing company, Finley is the bees knees what a smashing kid, gave outstanding customer service from enquiry to delivery, knew his stuff i felt in good hands, gave excellent advice for all the colours to choose from and types of flooring, had absolute patience with us choosing and would highly reccomend, great company to shop with, I would highly recommend this company and ask for Finley, he is a delightful lad we are over the moon

Had a large area (living room and hall area) fitted recently and was very pleased with the quality of work and exceptional pricing. Returned today for a quote on bathroom flooring. Was attended to by Finn who was very friendly and knowledgeable. When he gave me the price and fitting date I did not hesitate. Exceptional service not seen often these days. Thanks Finn.

Amazing experience from start to finish I've had my house for over 20 years and its the best my flooring has looked. They advised me so well and knew what they where talking about. No pushy sales no silly prices just an all around nice store. Fitting was done when booked in and they cleaned u and fitted it so nice. Highly recommend.

What an amazing service I had from the team at floors 4 you! Went to there showroom on my lunch break to be served by a lovely young lad called finley, he then talked me through my options and booked me in for a home measure the very next day. Mat come out to measure up and brought along samples i liked while in the showroom the day before, the very same day I had a phone call from Paul who priced me up and booked me in for fitting. 2 weeks later there fitting team come done a outstanding job, very polite and cleaned up after them! A very big thank you from everyone at floors 4 you!
