Avoid at all costs would give them a 0 star if I could. Dont normally leave negative reviews but this service is simply awful

Man came to take floor measurements, no problem. Booked in floor leveling and vinyl fitting for the following Monday morning. That afternoon, a man from the shop called saying the fitter was ill and he could send someone that evening or the next morning. No one showed that day or the next. My sister and I spent the best part of two days waiting around at home for no reason. No phone call to explain. Will be booking with someone else. 👍🏻

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Ian goes above and beyond for his clients. I went to a few other places and quite honestly I felt that other places were trying to rip me off because I’m a “clueless woman” - I’m not clueless so I went to Swansea carpets who offered me a much better price and didn’t discriminate based on my gender! Also went above and above to help me as I’m disabled and was struggling to move things at my house. Absolute legend don’t go elsewhere.

Excellent service and workmanship. Came early so I was rushing about,keeping dog quiet,moving last minute things out of room. But fitter was calm, got on and finished the job in record time and am thrilled with my new bedroom carpet.
