They guided me through the process of ordering over the telephone, they kept in touch throughout the waiting period and were there for advice regarding the best underlay to use. I have no hesitation in recommending them because it is the best customer service I have experienced in many years. Well done! (We are pleased by the prices and quality too!) Their sales people are all over you, it's a shame the same can't be said of their customer service team who don't return calls, and when you finally get to communicate with them they simply deny any responsibility for the lack of service and poor quality goods they supply. We were mis-sold a product and their sales staff lied about it's performance. It was poorly fitted, by their fitter who also admitted there were manufacturing faults with the product. This was subsequently denied by the store. This has left us nearly £2000 out of pocket with a floor looking like a 2 year old fitted it. Despite our guarantee - they will accept no liability whatsoever. Utterly appalling experience, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
Lack of customer care or communication. I paid extra to get the floor and carpet delivered on a special day. On the delivery day, the carpet was wrong and half of the carpet was missing. No contact or information from them until the delivery arrived. I spent over 2 hours trying to contact them and I found out the whole carpet was wrong and they will be delivered in 12 days' time. It's a joke; communication and experience. I wouldn't trust them. Now I need to manage our installation team as we don't have the products for the job. Do not use them! Update: they delivered 5 days later the carpets. One of the carpets is 10cm short. Measure as much as possible before accepting the order - sounds impossible, but you'll save yourself money!
We have had an amazing experience at Flooring Superstore, Blaydon. We were quoted a great price due to discounts in store and the customer service in store was amazing, there was no pressure at all, she was very knowledgeable and always available for any questions or queries. Would definitely recommend.
Website says Flooring Superstore offer a free measuring service and you need to visit a store in person to arrange. I visited the Blaydon store however the staff advised that they do not offer the free measuring service at the Blaydon store. I have now tried to use their straightforward guide to measure my floor at home, however the link does not work and our preferred product is now discontinued.
Cindy is absolutely brilliant and was so good at helping us choose our flooring. She’s knowledgeable and patient and showed us many options which really helped us make the right decision. Highly recommended. Thank you!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Lara. Warm, professional and very helpful - particularly re advising available options and worked with us to select the perfect product for our project
