I am not somebody who leaves a review regularly however, in the case of Flooring Superstore I think an exception is needed. I have never had such a poor experience with a company as this. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information throughout the sales process, including being told a quote had to be accepted within 24 hours, assurances about what was included in the fitting service, and advice regarding matching skirting. After eventually receiving the skirting, we discovered it did not match the flooring and were then informed that no matching skirting was actually available. The resulting refund process has been unnecessarily complicated. Communication has been particularly poor. We made 16 phone calls, sent 13 text messages, and spent hours on online chat (no incoming phone line), and repeatedly had to chase updates that should have been proactively provided. Promised callbacks never materialised, and obtaining clear quotations and invoices was far more difficult than it should have been. The fitting process was also plagued with issues. After spending more than £1,000 preparing the floor, an alternative fitter later identified a 20mm height difference across the room, preventing the flooring from being installed. This came as a complete surprise and raised serious questions about the earlier survey and advice we received. Most frustratingly, after raising a formal complaint and providing detailed feedback, we have not been contacted with a meaningful response for over a month. What started as a simple flooring project in May has resulted in months of delays, additional expense, poor communication, and no floor. I would strongly urge you to consider using an alternative company for your flooring.

I received an excellent deal, for which I am truly grateful. I am truly grateful for the effort Sean put into arranging the flooring installation within the next 2-3 weeks, considering my various commitments.
