My dad had been let down loads of times from carpet fitters in Ilfracombe. I live 4 hrs away and was coming over for a couple of days. I popped into King's they were the nicest most helpful people I had ever met. They even sorted fitting while I was over. Leaving my dad very pleased. I cant fault them amazing customer service. Bob who fitted was lovely and recommended other workman to my dad. So helpful, Thankyou so much.

We have just recently had a beautiful wool carpet and coretec flooring fitted in our living room/office space by the fabulous team at King's Carpets & Flooring. From the team in the shop to measuring up to the fitter we can't fault the excellent first class service that we received and we are totally blown away by the end product. I would hundred percent recommend King's Carpets & Flooring to anyone. Just brilliant!.

As I was quite poorly, I didn't actually go into the shop. I liased with Hollie, whom sent me pictures of what I would like. Straight away she sent the pics on e-mail. Since then the flooring has been laid. From Donna who came out to measure, Hollie and also the lads who fitted the flooring. ( who kept me informed what time they would arrive etc). I was recommended King's by a friend. I certainly will be passing on their name. Excellent Customer Service

Had an excellent experience with kings carpets from start to finish, everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful, went above and beyond to get my carpets fitted before I moved into my house. I’m really impressed with the carpet quality & it looks amazing! Very reasonable on price too. 10/10 would recommend.

We are so impressed with everyone at King's carpets York from the time we walked into the shop and Donna helped us choose our LVT flooring , Wayne came to measure up and advise and then Dave Ben Ben and Nathan fitted our flooring, everyone was polite and professional, and then 24 hours after that , we discovered a leak under the floor 😱 and we contacted the shop who immediately sent 2 fitters out to take up the affected area so the problem could be fixed. 5 days later when everything sorted under the floor, the boys were back to relay the area once again politely and professionally. We can't speak more highly of the way we were treated and would definitely recommend KINGS carpets York and will be going back for bedroom carpets in the new year.
