Direct Wood Flooring

Hard to find using sat nav,it is next to magnets.Only had a few click systems of engineered oak flooring of which none were wide planked.From now on I will contact companies rather than just venturing out.

Went into store a couple of days before Easter this year, spent some time looking at wood flooring options and speaking with the staff. Ordered 3 samples and left my details for the independent fitter to contact me. They said because it was Easter bank hol there might be a slight delay in receiving the samples but they’d call me at the end of the next week to check I’d got them and if I’d made any choices. I waited, and I waited. 3 weeks went by - no courtesy call, no fitter call, no samples. Contacted them via text and they apologised and asked for my name and details and said they’d look into it. Again nothing. Completely ghosted. We’re now end of July and I never heard a thing from them again, never got any samples, no explanation. Very disappointing service and a total waste of my time. I’ve now gone to another company so they’ve lost out on the business.
