It’s been such a great experience coming to these guys today. Everything felt so personal and each member of the team really listened to what we wanted and helped us to find the exact flooring we needed. They spent time going over colours and models with us in a way we understand. It didn’t feel like our questions were too much or like they had better things to do. We were the main focus in a really friendly and relaxed manner. Thank you so much Alim, Johnny and Brad. You guys are great!

Avoid this company at all costs in particular the oxford store. The staff are incompetent liars. You get fobbed off and ignored. Company has no complaints procedure and isnt registered with the ombudsman for the sector so you have no recourse for complaints. Struggling to get a refund after a couple of weeks. Total scammers sometbing seriously off for what is meant to be a national company they act like some backstreet fraudsters. Avoid if you dont want to lose money. Read all of the reviews saying similar things its all true. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

The Oxford store is pleasant enough but very inefficient and the staff appear to have no way to communicate with the Warehouse or Delivery service other than by Chat (or at least that's what `I was told).All calls to them seem to go to voicemail and you may be lucky and they call you back. If you can manage to negotiate the call menus and get through to Central Office things happen much more efficiently but you've got to search for the right numbers!

He explained the available offers, helped us prioritise our order, and ensured everything progressed smoothly. From a random visit and a friendly conversation with Alim to having our LVT flooring fully installed in just two weeks, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. The fitters were highly skilled, professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. We're very happy with the final result and would happily recommend Flooring Superstore to anyone looking for quality flooring and great customer service.
