I really can't recommend this company enough, Dan went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and recommend the best product for my needs. Living in an old property with uneven floors he reassured me that the work is possible and the quote was very reasonable, compared to others, who wouldn't have done such a good job. He recommended a great carpenter to sort out the creaks in the floorboards, which he did! Tom laid the flooring and also went above and beyond with his service and communication. I had considered click together LVP before, which was the completely wrong choice for my floor, I can see why the gluedown option is the best way forward and why, as flooring experts, Manor will only supply this. Chloe was exceptional with her communication by email, all so professional. Thank you all so much, I really love my new floor! :)

We got in touch with Manor Flooring to install some new engineered flooring in our bedroom. Everyone we spoke to was polite and friendly, the installation went smoothly and the floor looks great! We had a minor issue with a small creaky patch of the floor but Dan's post-installation support was excellent and he made sure to rectify it at no further cost. Will happily return if we decide to refresh the floor in any other rooms!

I'm SO delighted with my Karndean flooring in the Hall and stair carpet fitted by Jimmy and Max. Thankyou SO much! The fitters were punctual, polite and professional, working continuously throughout the day! No stopping for coffee or food breaks all day! This was a concern for me. They were a delight to have in my home. I would highly recommend Manor flooring as all of the fitters have been brilliant. I'm now preparing for another room.

We needed some flooring work doing, so as we'd had great service from Manor Flooring a few years ago we tried them again. Every stage of the process from choosing the floor coverings, taking samples home and even Sue managing to source the exact stair carpet we were looking for went perfectly. The job was booked in, deposits were paid, the oak flooring was delivered 5 days before the installation date to give it a chance to acclimatise, the installers arrived 8am sharp on the first day of instal, they worked two long days and did an absolutely fantastic job of the installation. We will definitely be using Manor Flooring again when we need any more work done, the whole team was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service from a really great company. We had Karndean fitted in our rental property, and had great communication from the team throughout. Some issues with not having enough tiles on the day but the team went over and above to solve that a collected another box in person so we could have the job fitted in the time frame we needed. Will be using them again!

Well, what can I say? The service was simply top-class from start to finish! I initially went into the showroom and was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff members who showed me various samples from the Karndean range. On the day of installation, the fitter went through the type of finish I would like, e.g. border style and the best way for the herringbone design to be fitted. They were professional, polite and clean throughout, and you can sense the pride they have in great customer service. I will certainly use Manor Flooring for future projects.
