Excellent customer service from start to finish and we’re so happy with our new flooring! Oxford City flooring were quick to respond, provided a really competitive quote and their communication is brilliant. Bryn who came out and fitted our carpets and flooring was fantastic - highly skilled, SO clean and tidy and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d recommend to my friends and family without hesitation. After 8 months of building work in our home and dealing with different trades, Oxford City Flooring were a breath of fresh air and fantastic the whole way through.

We couldn't be happier with Oxford City Flooring. They installed Amtico flooring across our ground floor and bathrooms, and fitted carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the beginning, Bianca was wonderful in helping us select from a myriad of choices, Andy was super responsive in the planning and put together a clear quote. Kraig, Simon and the team of installers were an absolute joy. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything perfect was so impressive. We have used Oxford City Flooring since 2019. From quoting to fitting, they know what they're doing and are true professionals. Recently, they fitted carpet throughout our first floor and did a great job. The workmanship was excellent, everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole process was smooth. We recently had our downstairs, shared living room and dining area, flooring changed from carpet to engineered wood and we chose Oxford City Flooring to do the job and we're incredibly happy we did. From an initial phone call enquiry with a Bianca, to a home visit to measure up for a more precise quote with an Andy (one of the company directors), to the final job being undertaken by an Andy, (different one), Ash and an Abs, everything was conducted in a highly professional and friendly manner. The final floor turned out excellent and we're delighted with it! All 3 members of the team fitting the floor were approachable and conscientious. They went above and beyond and made sure we were happy with flooring piece choices as the job went on, informed us of decisions that had to be made with regards to trimming doors down and just made sure that everything looked as great as it could be. They also left the place in a clean, tidy fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oxford City Flooring to anyone for their flooring needs and we'll certainly be using them again, say we wish to make further changes down the line. We were absolutely delighted with the amazing work Andy, Daniel, Kraig and the guys did in our lounge and playroom (carpet -> LVT). Daniel was our main fitter and he was early, efficient and very neat and respectful of our furniture and space, did a beautiful job laying herringbone LVT for us and the rooms look absolutely beautiful. They hoovered and tidied up afterward and the whole (quite big) job was done very quickly and efficiently and no mess for us to deal with afterward. Really appreciate Daniel especially for noticing a few bits that needed fixing around the rooms he was working on and doing that for us (e.g. removing some old wires). The price quoted was extremely reasonable and they didn't try to upsell us things, just really looked at our situation and recommended what would be the best solution for us (dogs and kids). We're definitely going to be using them again for upstairs carpets. Thank you all for your amazing work. 100% recommend.
