AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I would give 0 starts if I could. Ordered a small batch of carpet online for click and collect to the swansea store. They happily took my money and accepted my order and gave me a tracking number. I booked a carpet fitter in to do the job 2 days after I would collect the carpet. When attempting to track the carpet the link no longer worked. The store said they couldn’t help me when I phoned and I had to go through online chat. This took upwards of an hour, just be told that my order was a glitch, and I should never have been able to order the amount of carpet I did online. I now had to cancel my carpet fitter last minute and I’m running round trying to find a replacement carpet. AVOID this company unless you enjoy being stressed.

I recently bought laminate flooring from Ian, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ian is a real asset to the business and clearly takes great pride in helping customers. From the moment I spoke with him, he was friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful advice, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Ian certainly does. The laminate flooring is fantastic, and the experience was made even better thanks to Ian's professionalism and positive attitude. A key part of the business and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I’ve used Flooring Superstore in Swansea for five years, as I’ve slowly renovated my house - bedroom carpets and tiles for three bathrooms. Firstly, they have a good core range of flooring products at very good prices. My design style is minimalist, and finding simple, good-quality, inexpensive flooring that gives an expensive look, and that isn’t overly flashy or trendy, is actually quite difficult. Vienna carpet and Zen Alderly tiles fit the bill perfectly. The showroom is well lit (really important) and the displays are well thought through - I particulary like the large tile draws and viewing contertops that allow you to play with endless combinations. What makes the whole buying experience really great is the staff. They are all, without exception, polite, not too pushy and so helpful. Nothing feels like too much trouble. I’ve spent hours mulling colours, shades and different combinations of tiles and carpets and have always been given space and time to potter around to my heart’s content. Post-sale communication is good and deliveries have always been on time. The click and collect service has also saved me a lot of money in heavy tile deliveries. I’ve had one refund, when I selected the wrong tile trim depth, and the return and refund process was easy and fast - money refunded to my card within 24 hours. All in all, a great place to shop for very important, considered purchases.

Fantastic Service from Stephen the store manager. As we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and simple hello. He explained where all the different products were and if we needed him give him a shout. He gave us some advice on products that would be suitable and even arranged fitting of our vinyl. Bearing in mind we visited the shop on a Sunday you can't get better service than that ! Will be back to in the future for our Hall Stairs and landing simply because of the service we recieved. Stephen the manager was very approachable and such a helpful Individual- he helped us choose the kitchen flooring and flooring for the lounge and even sorted the fifth by service! Highly recommend coming down here even if it’s for a chat with Stephen x

Couldn’t be happier with the service we had at Flooring superstore Swansea. We were welcomed)with our dog ! into a clean and well laid out showroom - we had an idea of what we wanted but Steve the manager helped us with our choice. He was very polite and knowledgable. After sales service has been extra excellent I’ve been kept up to date with my order by Nadine and I await delivery. Would highly recommend.
