⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Floor Giant. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. A special mention has to go to Ash, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Gareth was also fantastic — friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout. It’s great to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. I would highly recommend Floor Giant to anyone looking for flooring. Brilliant service from a great team — thank you, Ash and Gareth!

We went to floor giants and dealt with Ash. Chose the floor we liked gave all the measurements of the area we wanted the new floor fitted.We paid for the floor and screed and came away excited for our new floor to be fitted. When the fitters arrived and looked at the job they told us that there wouldn’t be enough screed to cover the floor. we got in touch with floor Giants Who were very unhelpful and wanted to charge us for the extra screed needed .Even though they had all the measurements of the floor and we had agreed on a price. When my partner got in touch with floor giants the man on the phone ( Not Ash) was very rude and obnoxious to my partner and kept putting the phone down on her. luckily, the fitters Luke and Sarah ( Who were fantastic) From Floor Lab managed To sort it out and get the work done. Next time we will go directly to Floor Lab.

Fantastic service from start to finish with floor giants. Easy to order & fitters were fantastic. Ash answered all our questions and the survey before fitting was excellent.

Cannot fault Floor Giants. Quality product and the customer service is top notch. Clear and concise information given by Dadvan and store manager but with a friendly and human touch. Easy going staff with a good sense of humour but more importantly overall professional standard of experience and product. I’ve purchased my entire house flooring with Floor Giants and won’t be using any other! Cheers fellas
