Everything looks perfect and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The entire project was completed in a timely and professional manner, communication was easy throughout, and their pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the finished work. It was such a positive experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Floor Direct to anyone looking for flooring or joinery work in London. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future projects!
Am well pleased with this laminate on my bedroom floor thank you Terry and the team for fitting me in as I know you were busy thank you I knew you worked hard till late last night and many thanks for taking the left overs this morning highly recommended !Will be back for the carpet on the stairs when I move back in much appreciated!
Absolutely disgusting customer service the man was extremely rude he wanted 3.3 thousand pounds without even doing a home visit the attitude stunk he was very ignorant said I could shop elsewhere I explained I was on benefits and he said I know. he didn’t want to give me a good deal overpriced attitude was very unprofessional I was quickly angered at his arrogance and then the lady called me and said I’m just calling to ask was it you who came in with your KID like how disrespectful then I responded yes and she said good I was calling to cancel your appointment again very rude I will now take my business to tapi carpet who will do everything in total for 2.1thousand pounds for everything avoid this place the flooring wasn’t even nice or good quality either I would advice not even 1 star he clearly tried to embarrass me and if I’m wrong I would say they do not like black or mixed people in here the atmosphere was extremely negative and the shop looked a mess
I only wanted one room carpeted. Picked out, sent them measurements was quoted. Then they came out to measure themselves, fair enough. Got another quote Then booked in for the work, offered a parking space with clear instructions and pictures. Not used or known apparently. Fitted the carpet, had to be pointed out that they had failed to install a door bar to the bathroom as they were leaving. I don't think they would have mentioned it and just left the job incomplete. Came on site to quote and clearly a door bar was needed so unsure how they arrived without necessary parts. Booked next day. Given a 3 hour slot. Late to the time slot. Wasting our time after failing to complete the job paid for. Grippers poking through the carpet. Told not to worry about spikes round the room. Asked to correct their mistakes and get told to relax about it. Really unprofessional, never had a fitting where grippers were left dangerously poking through. Still some left them I'm going to fix it myself had enough of them.
They have been great - very responsive, fair prices and the floors look fantastic. If I needed floors again, I'd go back to Floors Direct. Highly recommend!
Had a carpet replaced by the team: professional, clear communication and a very tidy job with appropriate care taken in my new home. No griping about parking or the usual problems of getting things done in inner London. Very pleased!
Recently had old carpet removed and LVT installed throughout my flat. Terry and Sam were incredibly helpful throughout the process, offering a really competitive quote and supplying high quality materials. The fitters were excellent and completed the job a day early - would definitely recommend Floor Direct!
