Do not buy here! Products may be good and the local staff are competent, but you have to be aware that delivery is (dis)organised centrally by a very patchy (possibly excessively AI-run?) system. So if there is any problem, you'll have a hard time finding an actual human to discuss it, and store staff have very little scope to help, either. I have just rescheduled my installation for the third time due to the expected deliveries not materialising.

Excellent service from the point of ordering right through to the carpets being laid. Really good and very helpful.

After a delay of one and a half months , they sent the wrong products. When I sent photos, they claimed that the products were the same and refused to accept sent correct tiles. They offered replacement for broken tile 3 months later. My entire construction schedule has been completely disrupted as a result.

Mo has been very helpful. From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with a smile and he offered assistance.

This is the second time I buy wood floors at this store. The first time I bought lacquered, engineered floors, and this time I’ve bought brushed and oiled engineered floors. The quality is fantastic, and the service is second to none. Mo helped me today with everything. He went out of his way to bring all the different samples (and there were lots) to the window, so that I could see the flooring in the light. And he helped me decide which one would be the best for me. He really just went out of his way and was very efficient. I would go back there if I have further flooring needs.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain all the flooring options clearly and answered all my questions, which made the decision much easier. Excellent customer service and very professional. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality flooring.
