Supreme Carpets

After having an absolutely horrific experience with another carpet company, I contacted Supreme Carpets in a complete panic because I had a tenant moving in the next day and urgently needed two staircase carpets sorted out properly. The previous company had done an awful job, left gaps at the sides of the carpet, created bubbles and uneven areas, and then removed the carpet again and destroyed my underlay in the process. From the moment I called Supreme Carpets, I immediately felt like I was dealing with genuine, trustworthy people. They were so understanding about my situation and treated it like a real emergency. They even rearranged another job to help me, which I was incredibly grateful for. When I visited their shop, everyone was lovely. It’s a family run business with an amazing selection of beautiful carpets, and they genuinely made me feel reassured that everything was going to be sorted. The fitters arrived exactly when they said they would. The carpet they helped me choose was beautiful, soft underfoot and really good quality. The underlay was also lovely and thick, which made such a difference overall. The main fitter, Adele, was fantastic. Very organised, tidy, friendly and clearly a perfectionist. He worked nonstop, hoovered everything afterwards, and every single step was done properly. No gaps, no bubbles, no uneven areas — just a perfect finish throughout. I kept checking the work as they went along because of my previous experience, and the difference was dramatic. It’s rare these days to find people who are reliable, hardworking and genuinely care about doing a good job, but that was exactly my experience with Supreme Carpets. I would 100% use them again and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. Highly recommended!!!

I had a really great experience with these carpet fitters. They fitted two carpets for me and did an excellent job—everything looks spot on. What I appreciated most was how they took the time to help me choose the right carpet beforehand, which made the whole process much easier. They arrived exactly when they said they would, despite coming from the other side of London, and didn’t rush off once they were done—they stayed to clean everything up properly. Just really friendly, reliable, and professional throughout. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.
