Direct Wood Flooring

I walked into the Plymouth today to simply browse for wooden flooring. I was met by Martin, who was extremely helpful, knowledgable and very patient with my decision making. I purchased a beautiful flooring with a rapid delivery date at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend this store and the service from Martin was superb. I will be revisiting the store when it is time to purchase my carpets.

My husband and I have been to the Plymouth store wanting new flooring. Alan has been most helpful, he has given us a lot of information about EvoCore product and made us feel at ease. I have even changed my mind about the colour a few times and Alan has happily helped us out and changed the order. Any concerns we have had, or questions, they have been promptly answered putting our minds at ease. Alan has helped us tremendously and we could not be more grateful for making this process so much easier. We have been very happy with the process so far, and cannot wait to have our new flooring on.

A belated review to thank the super-helpful Susannah @ DWF for her support (and patience!) as we iterated the excellent and good value flooring options for our renovation in Exmouth. If the end product is anywhere near as good as she was in looking after us, we'll be very happy.

Alan and Suzanna were super friendly and helped us to understand all the ins and outs of different flooring options. After taking some samples home to compare to other brands, it was clear that the Evocore flooring was a superior product with an amazing finish compared with the other options we had explored. So we went back a couple of days later and ordered the flooring. Overall fantastic customer service!

We visited the Plymouth branch with some idea of the flooring we wanted. We were greeted by Susanna who was very helpful and friendly... she didn't push for a sale but advised on some of the product ranges. This went a long way to us re-visiting the store a couple of days later and ordering our flooring.
