Steven, Kell and Paul have been brilliant to deal with. Steven was easy to contact with any questions and gave me options to suit various budgets so that I could get the best from my money. He was also able to fit me in on a specific date which allowed me to move into my house on my original timescale. Fitters arrived promptly on the day and were able to complete my 3 bedroom house in one day to a really high standard. Highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous service received. From the very first communication, Steven was friendly and informative. He gave us options and all of the pricing up front and there was no pushy upselling. Paul who fitted the carpet was friendly and professional and the carpet looks amazing. So pleased with the finish, would definitely recommend.

Steven and Paul fitted new underlay and carpet in the lounge, dining room, stairs and landing. Did an excellent job. Very professional, polite and kept us up to date with progress and any issues that arrose. Took away all the old carpets and left the house in a clean and tidy state. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring done.

Oh my goodness, these people are *wonderful*! Seriously – look no further! Superb customer service, and hundreds of pounds cheaper than the other two quotes we received. Steven is a lovely, mild-mannered salesman, who patiently let me faff about, panic and dither, and was a joy to deal with. The floor-layers/carpet fitters were delightful, and managed to get the whole ground floor laid in LVT, plus carpet in the main bedroom and vinyl in the bathroom done in two days, with excellent craftsmanship. If you want helpful, responsive customer service, beautiful floors, and amazingly low prices, you really should be using Mobile Carpets and Flooring SW Ltd! ❤️
