Russells Flooring

Recently had Invictus parquet flooring laid by Russells and we couldn’t be happier with it. Price was very competitive compared to a big chain that quoted for the same flooring. Fitters were friendly and gave advice on how to look after it before they finished. Very happy and highly recommend!

Thanks to Andy and his team of fitters for fitting our new hallway and kitchen flooring in Amtico Form oak . We had to delay our fitting date, but they were very accommodating and actually started a day earlier than re arranged. The Amtico flooring is top quality and the fitters were brilliant. Turned up when they said they would and put in a full day's work. All in all, a quality job from a great local company. No hesitation in recommending Russell Flooring.

Really good service received from start to finish having booked to have our whole downstairs re-floored to include hallway, kitchen, front room, and dining room. Lovely quality product of Invictus Maximus Highland Oak Chocolate laid down and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Communication was good throughout but does need slight improvement for after sales service. Our fitters were Adam and Josh with daily supervision from Aaron and the whole job took about three days to complete. Definitely recommend for choice of products and customer service, quality, and affordability. They are not the sort of company to make you spend more than what you need to. Full advice was given, samples of floors could be taken home for colour-matching, and full breakdown of costs supplied.

Cannot recommend Andy and the guys at Russells enough. Will definitely be using them again. Andy was superb in helping me negotiate a tricky insurance claim and gave great advice throughout - he really went above and beyond. Really happy with the end product - LVT in a large kitchen diner.
