Topps Tiles Milton Keynes - Superstore

I ran out of grout and needed just a little bit more to finish the work. The gentleman behind the counter gave me some free grout from an open bag. This is top customer service from a top man. I will be back for my future projects!

Needed to return unused tiles for a refund. All worked perfectly and refund obtained wigh no issues. Very efficient.

Well, I popped into this store yesterday. 18.05.26. I purchased 3 x metal tile trims. I asked the gentleman at the counter, (bald head, beard, short guy) what angles tiles trims do they sell. He said they don't sell any more, as waiting for my trim to be authorised by my employer. I Googled topps tiles trim. To what a surprise, they sell many types, I showed this to the counter guy. His excuse was...... its £30 a length and you will have to order it. I wouldn't thought you would of wanted it.. no need for that sort of treatment. The other gentleman gave me a topps tile car phone holder for free. Bless him.

Great range of tiles and flooring, really helpfull staff who worked out how many tiles/flooring I needed for my bathroom project.

Manager was extremely kind and accepted our return of an unused box of tiles that was overdue its return date (due to us having several issues with the tradesman we used!!). Was greatly appreciated and service has been excellent from start to finish. Will definitely use again in the future, service goes a long way! ☺️

Well, what can be said, I had the joy of meeting Tash today, who, went well above and beyond the service I was expecting. Tash was both knowledgeable and efficient wich as a trader is paramount. The other staff greeted me well and assisted in any way they could. Sad to learn that Tash is off to the hemel branch as a manager, so although she will be missed here, the hemel branch have gained a great manager :). All the best of luck with your role. Antony.
