We had a fantastic experience, and if I remember correctly, our salesperson name was Jess. She went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a sales assistant. Her customer-focused attitude, professionalism, and expert knowledge made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She took the time to understand what we needed and helped us find the perfect carpet at an excellent price, giving us outstanding value for money. If there were an option to give 6 stars, I absolutely would! My only disappointment is that a carpet store isn’t somewhere I get to visit every day, because Jess is an absolute superstar and a real credit to the company. Thank you for such exceptional service!

Ordered 9 meters of cushion flooring in March, we to lay on Saturday only 7 meters. No receipt was emailed only payment on bank! I went back on Sunday and explained what had happened, but without any proof they just apologised and said nothing they could do! I will never use the company again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them
