Tile Mountain

Great experience with Tile Mountain I recently purchased some tiles and radiators from Tile Mountain and had a really good experience from start to finish. The products were great quality, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. A special mention to Simon, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. He made the experience even better and was always happy to help with any questions. I’d definitely recommend Tile Mountain and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Great service and great products!

Great service in store from Macauly. I had a nightmare trying to order online, the website wouldn’t allow me to pay, so I had to come in person. I’m really glad I did, Macauly was really helpful, offered additional guidance on some of the parts that I wouldn’t otherwise have known - he also made sure I wasn’t out of pocket for my troubles. I couldn’t have asked for more. Moral of the story is go and buy in store, it’s much better! Thanks again 😊

honestly can’t recommend Tile Mountain highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Adam, McCauley, Ashton and Mark for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, one pack of my tiles arrived broken, which left my builder short and put the project at risk of being delayed. As soon as I explained the situation, Adam took ownership of it and sorted everything out straight away, arranging replacement tiles urgently so the work could continue without delay. That level of customer care made a stressful situation so much easier. When I visited the showroom, Adam also took the time to help me choose a mirror for my new bathroom, which I really appreciated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Everyone was professional, approachable and genuinely wanted to help, and every person I spoke to made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you again to the whole team for such an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be recommending Tile Mountain to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
