We are so pleased with our carpets Maxine Wayne and the team went out of their way to accommodate us. We had to have part of the house done at one time and the other after some more work was completed.They did 3 bedrooms and our stairs and landing. Thank you for bearing with us 😍
What a lovely store to shop in, very welcoming, lots of choice for hard flooring, had some great advice from Kate and picked up a lovely rug at a bargain. Thankyou Tapi Coventry. Oh and the store smelt fabulous! Will be back soon for my LVT.

We went into the store yesterday and Kate came over with a Lovely smile,she recognised us straight away and helped us to choose a carpet and underlay, she was very professional and friendly and went through everything with us,thank goodness for people like Kate.
Initially friendly and seemingly attentive staff at the Coventry store. Chatted about my needs with measurements in my hands. Trusted Maxine to be able to do her job. On finalising payments at the till I received lots of hidden charges, I sucked it up because the only place that could fit so soon. Carpet fitter arrived to say the carpet was too small. We called the store Maxine offered 10% off informing me my measurements were wrong. She suggested I give the fitter extra money for his inconvenience. I gave him £20 and showed him the measurements. He confirmed it as a shop error. Maxine called me for the extra money. No apology, laying the blame with me. I decided against a review at the time although it caused my stress as I had a handyman booked to build bedroom funiture on top of carpet. I then received a call asking how my experience was. I explained the trouble, no apology no further response. £626 for a 14ft x 14ft mediocre carpet with mediocre under lay. Stay clear.
I would like to say that I am a genuine customer that is giving a glowing review of this shop and the service I received. Firstly the shop itself when entering is spotless and smells beautiful. The layout gives a very upmarket feel. When choosing my carpets i was not pounced on and the atmosphere of just being able to walk around was really calming . When I asked for some advice the sales advisor Who is a young man but comes across as if he has had yrs of experience because that is how knowledgeable and professional he is actually made my purchase stress free and very accommodating to the importance of the fitting date. His name is Leon . I had to go back into the shop to make a small change and a really lovely lady called Kate mirrored the same experience as the first visit . I have used this Shop 2 yrs ago, purchased a beautiful carpet that looks the same as it went down and the same level of service and really professional Thank you for making the house move so much easier.
