Sam and his team were so professional and speedy with providing new carpet for my parents. They were so impressed they immediately booked wooden flooring for two further rooms. Excellent service and good prices. Would not hesitate to use again.

Once again we had Sam and Phil to come and fit our carpet. They presented us with some lovely samples and it was hard for us to make the choice. Having done that, they gave us a free quote there and then and arranged a date to fit the carpet and underlay. They do a lovely job and the finished result is always professional and looks good. We have called on Sam and Phil on a number of occasions over many years because we know we can trust them. Excellent. Sam was helpful giving me an early ballpark figure, coming around to measure up and agreeing the date I needed for fitting. Arrived on the dot. The fit went swiftly, with a great end product, then the final bill was a little bit cheaper than forecast. With HMOs to manage a reliable carpet fitter who is happy doing a small job here and there, as rooms come free or staircases need refreshing, is a must. I struck lucky with Sam and wouldn't think of dealing with anyone else.

Had SOS carpets come and fit laminate flooring throughout lounge and fit carpet on stairs/landing. All flooring was sourced through them. Communication was great throughout; fitting completed timely and to a high standard. Totally professional service and would certainly recommend.
