Very friendly and helpful service from this branch. I had an urgent situation which needed carpets in a very short space of time. The young man who assisted me was extremely helpful and took me straight to the type of carpet needed for this task and arranged for fitting within 3 days of my order. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service, thank you.

Excellent faultless service from Yvonne and Nick at Tapi in Winterhill, and Mo and his carpet fitting team. Carpet is lovely am very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Have gone to Tapi twice now for my families home & now using for my home. I highly recommend; Zane was incredibly helpful every time we have been and would recommend asking for him. Can’t wait to receiving our carpets in the coming months.

This review was a lot harsher to caught the attention of the store manager, I wish it didn't come to this for someone in Tapi to give me a straight answer. For months I received mixed and conflicting information from different Tapi colleagues. The first carpet was cut based on a text message. No call, no visit because it was raining, no measuring from Tapi to cover their backs, and ensure it was as It should. Tapi pointed out I was responsible for "changing my mind" and they glorify their efforts to get things right at no additional cost for me, but naturally with a delay. Next, the fixed carpet was due for installation, but had defects on the whipping (see images). The (hopefully) final one was meant to be today as confirmed by a Tapi colleague, but today I called and found out they don't know, and booked me for next week. Tapi is one of the most famous stores in UK, but in my case it didn't translate to one of the best shopping experiences. On the bright side, Justin, the salesman, was really good and helped us choose what better suited us from an extraordinarily wide range of options, and cost was lower than I anticipated.

Just had our carpets fitted. Great experience from both the staff in the shop and the fitters. Very pleased.

Quality choice but the best part is they say hello and thats it they dont follow you around like salesmen or try to upsale you things. The staff at counter were nice and normal people you can easily talk to there to help with any quaestion. Thanks

Very impressed with staff who were very helpful. From the lady called Yvonne her boss and the fitter Luke. Quick efficient service. Will mention that Luke ensured he left no mess at all!
