Excellent service, very pleased with the finished job which was done with great care. Nothing was to much trouble and we will definitely use again. Ian and Eric were cheerful, courteous and professional, they worked all day and then Eric stayed until 7pm to get the job finished. Ian was recommended to us and we would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Ian Ward Flooring has absolutely transformed our living room with outstanding workmanship in laying a beautiful herringbone parquet flooring. Ian is without doubt a Master Craftsman and moreover is a gentleman of the highest integrity. His attention to detail is exceptional & his customer service superb. I honestly don’t tend to write reviews, but after the best experience we’ve had with this company completely changing our home now looking fantastic!, I genuinely felt they deserved one so wanted to share my thoughts and feelings . From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had our entire house re-fitted with new carpets and laminate flooring, including four bedrooms (one being a huge loft room) multiple staircases, and the landings and inside the Cuboards — and the results are simply incredible. The finish throughout is flawless and has completely transformed our home. From the very first visit, Ian and the whole team, especially Eric were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and unbelievably helpful. They made the whole process feel easy, stress-free, and straightforward . The team took so much time helping us choose the perfect carpet and flooring, explained everything clearly, talked us through the different underlay options, and even gave us loads of after-care advice and cleaning tips so we know how to keep everything looking brand new. What really stood out to us was how reliable and hardworking they were. They arrived exactly on time, worked incredibly hard, kept everything clean and tidy throughout, and absolutely smashed out an enormous amount of work in such a short space of time without ever compromising on quality. Their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. Before choosing this company, we spoke to four other flooring companies and honestly the difference was night and day. Some were rude, some didn’t even bother turning up to quote, and others gave completely unrealistic prices. This company restored our faith completely. The customer service, communication, professionalism, and quality of work were on another level. We are beyond happy with everything they’ve done and genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. Ian and his team did a fantastic job with LVT flooring and carpeting in my house. They've worked late hours to finish the work in a very busy week before Christmas. Their pricing is also very competitive!
