Long story short. Paid for the carpet in April, received the wrong carpet for one of the rooms, the fitter took it back, and it's August in one day, spoke with the shop and they said the carpet was fitted in all the rooms. They have said I will be called in few days ....never happened, even tonight I've tried to call them and they don't answer. Plus the fitter charged me £160 for 3 thresholds. I will update the story soon, because I will drive to the shop to see these people face to face.

Worst experience ever. Thought it would be very simple to buy some vinyl flooring and have it fitted through the MK branch. Five weeks later , after several phone calls, emails and attempts to get through to a number which kept forwarding to a full mailbox i returned to the store. I was told my order was there and could be fitted the next day. I asked why i had to come in store to get this resolution. Fitters arrived next morning and removed original flooring. Went off to collect flooring and returned with the wrong product. As i am having visitors at the weekend i could not refuse this product and wait for potentially another five weeks to get the replacement. I now have a flooring i do not like and i had to pay the fitters additional money for them to lay plywood before laying the vinyl and they also wanted additional money to remove the waste. I had already paid for fitting when i purchased the flooring. Never again.

Worst customer services ever nothing but lies every time & no updates regarding my order. 1 month waiting for carpets since payment & still nothing, finally refunded order. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Attended today not too sure on what we wanted. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. He helped us make a decision, listened to our needs and budget! Will definitely go back for our next project, thanks Luke!

We purchased EvoCore flooring from the Milton Keynes store earlier this year after specifically explaining to the salesperson that it would be installed throughout the main living areas of our family home, including the kitchen, living room and play/playroom areas. We also made it clear that we have young children and needed flooring suitable for a busy family environment. The salesperson recommended EvoCore LVT because it was described as durable, hard-wearing, waterproof and suitable for busy homes. The flooring itself cost approximately £4,000, with total costs including installation reaching around £7,000. Initially, the flooring looked fantastic and we were extremely happy with the appearance. However, within approximately 5–6 weeks of installation, widespread scratches, scuffs and indentations began appearing throughout the floor despite very careful use. We have taken extensive precautions: • no shoes are worn in the area, • protective pads were fitted to all furniture before use, • and the flooring has only been subjected to normal family living. Despite this, the level of visible wear after such a short period has been extremely disappointing and far beyond what we would reasonably expect from flooring marketed as “scratch resistant” and specifically recommended for a busy family home. What has been equally disappointing is the handling of the complaint itself. Throughout the process, the company repeatedly insisted there was no manufacturing defect or issue with the product, despite never arranging any inspection of the flooring in person. We were repeatedly advised to use erasers, repair kits, or replace isolated boards, despite the issues being present across the entire installation. The final offers made were: • two replacement packs of flooring plus discounted additional packs, • a £75 goodwill gesture, • followed by a £100 goodwill gesture. Given the scale of the issue and the overall cost of the flooring and installation, we do not feel these offers represented a reasonable resolution. I appreciate that no flooring is completely scratch-proof. However, I do not believe the level of deterioration experienced after only a few weeks is acceptable for a premium flooring product sold and recommended specifically for family living. During a later phone call, I was advised that I could arrange and pay for my own independent flooring inspection and submit the findings to the company for review. Personally, I do not feel this is an acceptable approach given the circumstances and the concerns already raised. For context, a small toy car fell from a low coffee table shortly after installation and left a blue mark on the flooring that can not be removed. We were advised this is considered normal wear. I would also note that the website states this flooring is suitable for homes with pets. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend researching alternative brands before purchasing. Unfortunately, based on both the product performance and the complaint handling process, I would not recommend this flooring or company.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The product they supplied was not fit for purpose, even thier own floor layers said it was impossible to lay! Trying to exchange it for a similar product but the store dont have authority and the customer service team do not have a phone number! I have requested numerous call backs but... this has dragged on for several weeks and still no resolution. Avoid at all costs.
