We used Platinum Floors Limited for the third time. They always go above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. We were after Harbour oak laminate flooring, and they ordered it in for us, even though they never stocked it at the time. They supplied the flooring at a very competitive price, and their fitter was amazing. He fitted the laminate flooring in all our five rooms within two days, that's including stairs on the carpet. I am very pleased and happy with Platinum Floors Limited for providing a very professional service. For all your flooring needs, I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service provider !!
Fantastic service from start to end. The company came to my house and provided a free quote and took down measurements. They bought samples over for me to choose from. The fitting was efficient and the gentleman provided professional advice/suggestions in the process. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service by platinum. Having read some of the previous reviews I really don't believe any of the negative comments because for me from the moment I walked through the door I was provided with assistance to help chose the flooring I required for my house, was given the most competitive price, the selection of flooring was more recent / latest designs and not just the same flooring styles that some places that are still selling from a decade ago. The fitting date was agreed, they messaged me the day before fitting to double confirm if everything is ok to go ahead. All my questions were all answered in a friendly manner and I was always responded to immediately. Fitter came on time on the selected date, the 2 fitters were very skillful and friendly. All In all I am extremely happy with the way my flooring has been done and feel glad to have used this business for my flooring needs
I won’t recommend this guys(PFL) for anyone. Gave them a job to do LVT flooring to living room, staircase and the landing area. They took the order saying that max one week they can finish it and they do have a team of fitters and they do manage all the steps of the flooring and work along with the fitters. But after taking the orders it took 4 weeks for them to finish they did not have a team of fitters only an old man and his son but not a signal day they both worked. And I had to call every day to find out who is coming and if the fitter comes he works maximum around 3-3:30 hours and gone. Platinum-Flooring did not come to check the progress of the work or the quality I had to call them every time. And they have not ordered enough materials and to wait one week to fix the last length of strip to the staircase as they have not ordered enough in the first place. Fitters has not got right tools to do the job and Platinum Flooring Ltd, Talk well to take the order once you place the order they do not keep their word. If you have got the time to keep on chasing them to get the work done go ahead if not don't bother. Spent almost £4200 but the quality of work is so cheaply done.

5star service from start to finish, customer service was absolutely excellent always kept me updated to what was happening with my carpets and flooring. Fitters did a amazing job with fitting and very friendly helped us to move furniture around. Would definitely recommend 100%
