Flooring Superstore

We had a great experience with Sameer. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, gave us really good advice and helped us choose the right engineered wood flooring for our home. We never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Sameer. Thank you! 😊

Stuart was incredibly helpful when I was deciding which carpet to buy. Then fully explaining the process from start to finish. Would highly recommend this store. Thank you!

Thank you Sameer for all your help I will be recommending your service and this business to family and friends.

I was helped by Dave yesterday who was very approachable and.helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products without being pushy and I've been back in this morning to put in an order. Thanks Dave! Started well but once I'd placed my order in November I've had nothing but trouble with the company. It is now March and I am still waiting for the floor to be finished. Definitely would not recommend

Great experience at this store in Erdington. Glenn was a huge help with my flooring project. He was knowledgeable about the products, proactive with sending samples, and made the final decision-making and ordering process very easy. Excellent communication and a very positive experience overall.

I came here for carpet and flooring and met Sameer. He gave us a lot of time and was very helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure we found the right options. Great customer service—highly recommended!

Overall service has been very good with prompt delivery of materials- both Muzzi and Mo (installers) were excellent, worked extremely hard, gave good advise, very polite leaving site clean and tidy.
