I was helped by Dave yesterday who was very approachable and.helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products without being pushy and I've been back in this morning to put in an order. Thanks Dave! Started well but once I'd placed my order in November I've had nothing but trouble with the company. It is now March and I am still waiting for the floor to be finished. Definitely would not recommend
Great experience at this store in Erdington. Glenn was a huge help with my flooring project. He was knowledgeable about the products, proactive with sending samples, and made the final decision-making and ordering process very easy. Excellent communication and a very positive experience overall.
I came here for carpet and flooring and met Sameer. He gave us a lot of time and was very helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure we found the right options. Great customer service—highly recommended!
Overall service has been very good with prompt delivery of materials- both Muzzi and Mo (installers) were excellent, worked extremely hard, gave good advise, very polite leaving site clean and tidy.
