Direct Wood Flooring

The aftercare service was absolutely disappointing and appalling with only one staff member present, no acknowledgement making me feel overlooked and ignored. The staff seemed more focused on sales than customer service, and waiting 40 minutes to collect an order is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment whatever it takes

Unfortunately didn't have the shade we were looking for but the man serving was very helpfull and informative didn't catch his name but he was from Durham. Very informative and very helpful!

Fantastic service instore today we went in to have a look at some engineered wood flooring and Sean was very knowledgeable showed us samples instore and explained the extra 15% of was finishing today and the offer of buy now pay later interest free. We went ahead and ordered can't wait for our new flooring to arrive, thank you Sean 5 star service.

Disappointed. Order flooring at Erdington branch. Gave them the measurements of the bedroom so they could tell us what we needed. Paid and told we would get the receipt by email and that was all I got. No invoice showing what I had purchased. What I wasn't asked was 1. What colour door bar I required. 2. Any advice or enquiry about edging that I didn't know I needed. So delivery came. Door bar wrong colour and couldn't get it changed though told I could go out and buy my own and they would refund. Fitters arrived and asked about the edging. What edging? They told me I would have to go off and buy some if they are going to fit it. If they have to come back they would charge me again. Cant believe i have to go off and buy my own edging and try to fit it myself. Wanted the small bedroom to look good but closed the door just don't want to see it.

Visited the Erdington Store in Birmingham. There’s a really good choice of floors, and displayed in an easy way. They have large sized samples so you can get a good idea of the flooring. We were very well looked after by Sean. He gave a quick quote on the spot and ordered samples for us which arrived a couple of days later. Sean followed up by email a few days later which I was particularly impressed with because the current offer they had in was due to shortly end. Over a few emails we finalised our requirements and placed the order. We are in the middle of a refurb at home and the flooring will arrive a few weeks before we need it delivered but Sean arranged for delivery for when we need it I would highly recommend, quality is excellent, with a wide choice, competitive prices and excellent professional customer centric service.
