After recently purchasing this property we were unsure if the floors could be saved due to heavy discolouration and deep scratches. We reached out to Ben who came down for an initial survey. During the survey Ben explained everything clearly and helped us to understand a bit more about the floor. During the job, Ben was extremely friendly and kept us updated, even taking the time to explain how he planned to lift the deep scratches in the wood. The final results speak for themselves, we’re over the moon with the magic Ben was able to work to bring our floors back to life. Ben completed the full restoration of my finger block parquet floor which had been hidden under carpet for 50 years and in a poor state . Bens professionalism , dedication and craftsmanship is outstanding . We had a tight deadline for it to be completed and Ben worked late into the night to make sure all was completed . Ben is the man for the job when it comes to sanding and varishing your wooden floors. He is consummate professional who takes time to consider what your floors needs, what you want them to look like and how to achieve that. No bother at all to have in the house - he just put his headphones in and away he went for the whole day. These photos show the final finish on our floors - he did 3 heavy traffic areas - the lounge, hallway including some staris and our kitchen. Sadly I have lost the 'before' photos which showed evidence of lots of chair scrapping and high heels!
