Brilliant service. Communication was clear from the start. Rhys and Jon are friendly and helpful. I’m so happy with the finished job, the floors look fantastic. The job was completed quickly with repairs, sanding and varnishing all taken care of. And with no dust and mess at the end. Highly recommended.

Arbor Flooring did an excellent job and I would highly recommend. The parquet floor in our large sitting room had been coved by a carpet for at least 20 years. Rhys lifted the carpet and carried out the necessary repairs with skill and care. There were more loose and damaged pieces than we expected, but the agreed uplift in price to repair was very reasonable for the extra work obviously needed. The sitting room and hall parquet floors were transformed by the multiple sanding and lacquering. Rhys was friendly, punctual and skilled. Jon and Rhys even helped us by bringing a trolly to move back in our piano so it didn't damage the newly revived floor. I am very happy with their work and would certainly use them again.

We had Arbor Flooring sand and reseal our wooden floor and they were excellent. They arrived on time and the job took exactly the amount of time they said it would. Reece who did most of the work was very friendly and extremely helpful. There was minimal dust from the sanding and the final finish on our floor has transformed it. All in all a truly excellent job at a very reasonable price and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Arbor Flooring.

Had Rhys from Arbor Flooring in association with John restore our parquet flooring. Rhys did remedial repairs and the final finishing. He was patient, did not rush the job and had an attention to detail. The transformation is stunning. Rhys went above and beyond in helping me move bulky furniture back the next day. Jon was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He slotted in around our builder's schedule which was incredibly helpful. He did a wonderful job, our floors are beautiful and all done with minimal dust. And all for a competitive price! Would highly recommend. Thanks Jon
