Derek arrived early morning, just him, explained everything he would do and then sped through it all and did an amazing job putting down our engineered wood flooring 🤩 Would definitely recommend him! Super friendly and thoughtful too! Now our living room looks awesome 🙌

Derek came on site and did a fantastic job at laying underlay, laminate and beading within a hall and cupboard to a great standard. There were difficult angles with a lot of corners due to the layout of the room, despite this Derek did an amazing job and the room looks great

Derek done a brilliant job of fitting our laminate at our new flat. He removed and refitted the skirtings for us as we didn’t want any beading, and seamlessly continued the laminate through into the hall. He was also able to recommend a local supplier for the material itself, who were also great and delivered on a chosen date for us. Would highly recommend!

I recently had Floor Fitters Glasgow install laminate flooring in my dinning room and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the finished result, their service was exceptional. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs and offering helpful suggestions. The quote was clear and competitive, with no hidden surprises. The work was completed on time within hours and within the agreed budget, which I really appreciated. The installation itself was flawless. Derek was also very tidy and respectful of my home throughout the process, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of the day.

Overall negative experience with several key issues. We hired Derek to fit LVT flooring throughout the flat, including the kitchen. Not only did he attempt to argue about the scope of work, but he also claimed to have completed the job and insisted on receiving the payment via wire transfer before leaving. However, the kitchen floor was unfinished, and one of the doors wouldn’t close because it wasn’t sanded properly. When asked to return and fix these issues, he said he was going on holiday and couldn’t come back. The main problem now is the floor level. None of the subfloor imperfections, such as bumps or dips, were addressed, resulting in a non-uniform floor with visible bumps. Additionally, he didn’t clean up the floor cuts, leaving us to pay £90 for someone else to clean up. This was far from what we expected.
