Floormart Ltd

Very satisfied. On time, money efficient. Polite staff. It was just couple of bags. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic bunch! I’ve been more than happy with all the orders I’ve received and plan on using them to order more flooring equipment in the future

Poor poor company will only be interested in big orders. If your looking to cover small to medium area with vinyl then I def wouldn't choose this company their not interested in small orders. Paid for vinyl for a bathroom never received it had to chase this company for a response and paypal for a refund Full of excuses. Take your money else where if I was you .

Brilliant service, the young lady who served me was only to happy to help, was nice to get a service with a smile. Would definitely recommend & use again

Very helpful customer service, very fast replies and they are very quick at helping resolve any issues with your order straight away

Order 161981 > The item bas been delivered. However, adhesive which we ordered were stale and 1/3 of it are dry. We reached out to customer service to share the above. Anna Sanders was really helpful in assisting us, I am very grateful for the support she has been providing to us.

Customer service beyond belief lol. Wanted to cancel my order made a mistake. I was told I shouldn't make a mistake when placing an order. Based on her tone and response I am pretty sure their staff go through exceptional customer service training to provide amazing response like that. I'd like to update my issue. I was actually called by the office same day spoke to a Manager. Was very helpful and kind. In the end sorted out my issue quite quickly. I've changed my rating given how swiftly my issue was resolved.
