Poor poor company will only be interested in big orders. If your looking to cover small to medium area with vinyl then I def wouldn't choose this company their not interested in small orders. Paid for vinyl for a bathroom never received it had to chase this company for a response and paypal for a refund Full of excuses. Take your money else where if I was you .
I have never written a google review for a company but after my experience with Floormart I must say - DO NOT spend your money here. Items were sent late, arrived damaged (with rips and poorly cut corners), item was resent - but lost in transit, then had to chase them about a refund for weeks. Floormart have insisted they have sent a refund but my bank has not been contacted - I am now having to raise a financial dispute through my bank to reclaim the money. At every stage the team were in inefficient and lacked transparency and I had to follow up with multiple phone calls and emails to get anything done.I regret choosing them as suppliers as it cost me huge amount of time and effort and delayed our building work by weeks.

Order 161981 > The item bas been delivered. However, adhesive which we ordered were stale and 1/3 of it are dry. We reached out to customer service to share the above. Anna Sanders was really helpful in assisting us, I am very grateful for the support she has been providing to us.
