We had our floors done by this store and team ( Balford). The work was very poorly done. I sent an email twice with pictures and videos. But no response.The flooring tiles came off the next day after laying on the stairs. The store is now closed, not returning calls nor emails. What is happening? We are now stuck with terrible flooring. So unprofessional!! The stair nosing keep coming off and my wife slipped on the stairs as one of the nosing came off. Fortunately she did not suffer any significant injury. If i do not get any response I will be going to consumer court!
Really fabulous service from The Flooring Centre in Selly Oak. Start to finish the whole process was excellent. Fitting was in a 1930’s three bed apartment with original wood floors, fitter was first class, the finished job is perfect. No hesitation to recommend these guys.
We are really happy with our flooring, and have received so many compliments! Ghalib and his team worked really hard to ensure everything was finished on time, and to a really high standard. Extremely professional, with great attention to detail. Would highly recommend!
Amazing flooring centre with fantastic customer service from Liam and Lloyd. We've had all of our house re carpetted and laminate laid by the Flooring Centre and we can't recommend them, and their quality flooring enough!
We are very pleased with the service we received from Lloyd at the shop. The quote for laminate flooring for our lounge was very competitive and promptly provided following Lloyd's visit to measure up. The two guys who did the installation today were very helpful with moving the heavier items of furniture. They worked well and were very clean removing all old carpet etc. Thank you. We are now sat in our lounge admiring the new floor!
