Stairs and rooms were measured 2 days later and samples brought to check for suitability. Suggestions were made as to how to prepare the rooms for fitting. Order was made - very good value particularly as offers on at the moment. Very impressed with this company - would not hesitate to recommend.

We have used United Carpets a couple of times now. We recently came in to the shop to purchase new vinyl flooring for our en suite. We were helped by Pam, who was lovely and very helpful. The fitter was also great on the day. Very happy - thank you!
Urgently needed carpets for the 30th April. Went into store today and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable colleague Lewis, who took ownership of my situation. Also was able to arrange another colleague to do the measurements on the same day a few hours later. The colleague who came to complete the measurements was prompt, efficient and again very knowledgeable. All my stress has been resolved and cant wait for the carpets to be fitted on the due date. Absolutely Brilliant!!!
Excellent customer service with a wide range of products available. I used the automated messenger on the website and it was smooth sailing. The company got back to me the next day via telephone and email to follow up. Shout out to Elton who helped us out at a local high school, students are very grateful for the help. First class service.
