Flooring Superstore

Had all-round fabulous service here - booked fitters and movers for my new home, stress-free. We spoke to Fiona and William, who were both especially fantastic in making sure we got the best deal possible.

I had a great experience buying my new grass from Grass Direct. Fiona was absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend! Pete was lovely and welcoming too :)

Peter at Flooring Superstore provided outstanding customer service from start to finish today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble, and his professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter and Flooring Superstore to anyone looking for excellent service and quality flooring. Thank you, Peter!

Just wanted to say how great William was today! Super friendly guy, really patient with us, and answered all our questions. The other two staff members (didn't catch their names) there were really nice too. William got our delivery all booked in, so 10/10 service all round. We'll absolutely be back for more flooring. Thanks again!

Fiona was so helpful and went above and beyond. She explained everything really well and allowed me to take time to think about my decision! Highly recommend and thanks so much

William couldn’t have been more helpful! We have been round a few different places looking at flooring for our new build and no where compares to the Flooring Superstore. William was so knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and guided us through the process of choosing our flooring and extras. Great options for finance too! Couldn’t have been easier - don’t waste your time going anywhere else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely excellent experience at Flooring Superstore on Berde Street, and a huge part of that was down to William. From the moment we walked in, William stood out for his professionalism and genuinely helpful approach. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different flooring options clearly, and gave honest advice without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. You could tell he really knows his stuff and cares about getting customers the right result rather than just making a sale. Before visiting, we had been to Tapi Carpets and a couple of other independent flooring shops, but the level of service we received there didn’t come close to what William provided. The difference was night and day — William’s attention to detail, product knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Because of his customer service and support, we felt confident making our purchase there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both William and Flooring Superstore to anyone looking for flooring. Overall, a first-class experience from start to finish — thank you William for making it so straightforward and stress-free.
