Extremely helpful, listened to my concerns. Didn't push us into buying. Excellent service in store from Asad. Got exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Will return for next time we need carpets.

This will be our third time back shopping at Aslams. Superb service every time and they will make sure you find what you are looking for at decent prices too. Dates and times for fittings are arranged around our needs and work life. Have recommend them to family and friends and a big shout out to Asad, he's our go to staff member for any advice.

I had such a fantastic experience with this independent carpet shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming especially Asad, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect fit for my home. You can really tell they take pride in what they do—there’s none of that pushy sales pressure, just honest advice and great customer care. The selection of carpets was impressive, with a wide range of styles, colours, and price points to suit any budget. The quality is outstanding, and I appreciated how patient they were in letting me take my time to choose. It’s so refreshing to support a local, independent business that truly cares about its customers. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpets and exceptional service!

Exceptional service from Asad — absolute star! I had the pleasure of dealing with a customer service representative named Asad, and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so helpful, cool, calm, and collected throughout our conversation — never rushed, always patient. He was incredibly informative, answered every question thoroughly, and honestly went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. What really stood out was how he made us feel genuinely valued and important — not just another customer! On top of that, he has exceptional customer service skills and a great sense of humour — he even cracked a few jokes which made the whole experience fun and relaxed instead of stressful. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, stays composed, and treats you like a priority, ask for Asad! 100% recommended.
