Don’t normally leave reviews but the service was that outstanding that I feel compelled to. First of all, brilliant selection of products. Both Shahid and Abdullah went above and beyond and made what was beginning to feel like a stressful experience of finding the right carpet uncomplicated. We tried many a flooring shop beforehand. Abdullah went out of his way to assist us in finding the right product (that’s probably on us for being fussy) and Shahid provided excellent knowledge that went way beyond what we were asking. They gave us the space initially to look for ourself and didn’t once make us feel pressured. They took measurements and turned up when they said they were going to and were very polite and professional. Absolutely delighted with the service and will be back in the future when we finally get round to sorting the rest of the house. The reviews speak for themselves really but personally I cannot recommend them enough.

We recently had the pleasure of using the Foster Square branch of SR Carpets & Floors, and from the very first time we visited the shop, Uncle Shahid and the entire team were absolutely brilliant. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and were incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole process. They never made us feel rushed or pressured, and instead made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. Their knowledge and reassurance really put our minds at ease, making what could have been a stressful decision so much easier. Uncle Shahid, in particular, treated us like family from day one. His kindness, honesty, and genuine care made all the difference, and it’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way he does. He is an absolute gem, and his warmth and dedication are a true credit to the business. The customer service was outstanding, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping us choose the right flooring for our home. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the service we received. We will always come back to Uncle Shahid for any future flooring needs without hesitation, and we will be recommending his business to everyone we know. Visited bd3 branch and was helped by Howard, we needed quite a lot of flooring so wasn't going to be a little job. He helped us decide between laminate or carpets for each room showing us a range of choice, colour and quaility. He even went as far as going to warehouse to collect the laminate packs we needed so we could take it the same day saving us time. He also added a discount to help us keep flooring within budget which is above and beyond what most stores would do! He's deffinelty there for the customer and they're needs. We've got one room down so far and it looks and feels stunning let alone ive got 3 happy little children thanks to howard. We plan to get rest layed over next few weeks so will post pictures of them. A massive thank you to Shahid (owner) and his team for helping us choose our carpets following recent home improvements. We visited the RollEndShop store in the Foster Square retail park (Bradford, BD1 4AA) in mid November 2024 and were shown a range of excellent quality carpets based on our preferences. Shahid and his staff provided excellent customer service and advice which helped us choose the right carpets for our home. Fitting was arranged within a very short period of time and the carpet fitters were on time as agreed, very professional and did a great job fitting the carpets in the 2 bedrooms, staircase, landing and downstairs study room. We opted for the Cosmopolitan Elite carpet range which goes very well with the paint colour on our walls and bedroom furniture. We opted for a good quality underlay to complement the carpet. We would highly recommend RollEndShop for excellent quality carpets for a range of different budgets. Would be worth a visit to the other store called SR Carpets & Floors at 306 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 9QX which also has a good range of carpets and floors. Will certainly be visiting RollEndShop for future carpet purchases and will certainly be recommending them to family and friends without hesitation. A big thank you once again to Shahid and his staff.
