I only found out the person booked had left the store when i rang to ask about payment, no one had bothered to phone me. 2nd person measured incorrectly Store did not phone to confirm that my fitting would take place two days later. To my surprise the fitters arrived! They were very nice and efficient. Realised they hadnt given me a receipt. Rang the store 5 dayts ago, still no sign of receipt. Very stressful and will not be going ahead with planned lounge flooring they requested i email them with details, eight days ago and still no response!
Great service from Stephen in shop not pushy , very polite and helpful, explained everything. Gavin the fitter rang to let me know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would was polite professional, left bathroom tidy and removed spare lino. Great service would recommend.
I am super happy with the service I have received from United Carpets! From the very start, Hannah who came to measure the upstairs of my house was friendly and efficient, detailing the competitive cost of everything, including free fitting. The carpet we chose looks beautiful, and the fitters were brilliant, working non stop to fit all of the rooms, stairs and landing including underlay in super quick time. I am so happy with the final result, I can highly recommend this company
Very helpful polite knowledgeable staff (hanna) and great range of products beds mattresses carpets vynil plus they have a range of rugs. Highly recommend this particular store 5 lane ends next to Morrisons.
Absolutely love our new carpet, Andrew was brilliant. Our fitter was really friendly too & has done a lovely job. Will definitely be back ☺️
Awful store and organisation. Arranged to have measurements taken for carpets in the house only to have them cancel on me last minute and that was after I had to call them to find out where they were. We rearranged for 4 days later and not only did they fail to show up, they didn't even ring back. Disgusting carpets, cheap crap and quality. So many carpet fitters and stores would recommend staying away from this company. Would not recommend anyone visiting the Idle store. Staff there are absolutely useless and will try to upsell air to you.
Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish staff were friendly and did not push us to get anything we did not want. Fitters we excellent and we're professional the whole time while at the house.
