I contacted Wholesale Flooring some 6/7 weeks regarding flooring in my kitchen, which was uneven and had several layers of flooring as my house was built in 1920’s - Rushdi was informative - explained the process and why several layers would have to be put down. Stu the fitter was amazingly, always punctual and very hardworking. It was lovely to see the whole flooring process come together over a period of 4 days. We had the please of Rushdi’s floor installation services back in August 2019 ; engineered wooden flooring in the living room, and laminate flooring in the kitchen. We were let down by another flooring company guy. Rushdi and his installers kindly stepped in to do the job in a good time. We would highly recommend him - they were extremely professional, caring and great attention to detail with their work, and great value too. And we were picky about having the right flooring colour/pattern, and since he is also a perfectionist, he was happy to make sure we had the perfect match for our property. I would call this American customer service in the UK from a British company. Not only is he truly caring and thoughtful for your needs he also is continuing to give me great aftercare service. I even needed some new items for the floor in a different room and he continues to help me with that. I truly could not of found a better company then this. If I could give 10 stars I would. by the way the floors are absolutely beautiful.
