Fitters called to say they'd had cancellation so got our job done a day early. Very happy with the carpet on stairs/landing and vinyl in toilet. Fitters very friendly, worked fast and tidied up afterwards. Will be using Total Floors again to do rest of house. Definitely recommend 😃
Professional. Highly skilled. Competitive prices. And....Reliable! I cannot thank Robin enough. He worked non stop in the heatwave, without complaint to finish my floors knowing I had family coming to stay. Many others would have cancelled! I am absolutely thrilled with my floors. Absolutely over the moon with the flooring supplied and installed by Total Floors. Stairs and landing carpet, dining room, kitchen & hall LVT. My flooring wasn’t the best to begin with and needed quite a lot of prep which Total Floors carried out with no hesitation. I was kept informed throughout and my flooring was left clean and tidy after, no bits of carpet to be hoovered up. Ideal having Total Floors come to my home with samples, advice, measure and quote all within the same visit. Highly recommend
Absolutely fantastic! Robin managed to fit me in for a measure and then came out on the weekend to fit as we needed a quick turn around! He is super knowledgeable a great communicator and on time! The carpet is perfect!
Robin and Total Floors came highly recommended by a family member who refuses to use anyone else for flooring. Can see why! We asked Robin to recarpet and lay laminate in near enough the entire property after a full renovation, and he was utterly brilliant. Fit us in at short notice despite us being all over the place with plastering, painting and plumbing timelines shifting constantly. He shows up when he says he will, gets stuck in and leaves the place looking amazing. We'd discovered during the rip out that our floorboards were a total mess and very uneven, so were worried the carpet would be too. Nope, Robin picked a thick underlay to disguise the problem areas and you'd never know. The carpets themselves feel thick and durable, perfect for our baby to crawl around on. The laminate looks and feels way more expensive than it is. Super pleased and joining the ranks of people that won't use anyone else! Thanks Robin
